Google Ads
When you connect your Google Ads account to app.hellihub.com we will collect information about the products you advertise on the Google Ads platform. We do this via Google Ads API using auth/adwords scope and we comply with Google’s Limited use requirements. We will use this information to provide you with our detailed performance reports. Our biggest available plan has a maximum data retention span of 180 days. We do not share this information with any third-parties.
Hellihub’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Magento
When you connect your Magento store to app.hellihub.com we will collect information about the products you have sold and/or advertised as well as order details, excluding all customer details except for the post/zip code. We will only collect the customer’s post/zip code in order to identify general geographic areas of interest.

When you purchase a subscription from us, you will do so via Stripe’s Billing API.
Internet-based transfers
All our customers have their data stored securely in our Microsoft EU data centres. The data you stored on Hellihub is not copied outside of the EU data region. However, given that the Internet is a global environment, if you access Hellihub from outside of the EU then the data you are accessing will be downloaded to your local device in your current location. Also if you access our website from outside of the EU then this involves the transmission of our website data on an international basis to your location. Therefore, by browsing this website and communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data in this way.
Payments
Any payment made to us is handled and procesed by Stripe, Inc. through their API. We only store part of the billing information for the pursposes of the in-app billing section on app.hellihub.com.
